Board Selection & Rental Process

How do I choose the right surfboard?

We offer a wide selection of surfboards for all skill levels and surfing conditions. Use our filtering options to narrow down choices based on your experience, preferred board type, and destination. If you're unsure, our expert recommendations will help guide you to the perfect board.

Can I rent other surf gear through Quiver Go?

Yes, in addition to surfboards, many of our locations offer other surf gear for rent, including wetsuits, leashes, and more. Check availability when you select your board.

What if I’m not sure which board to choose?

If you're uncertain, our team of experts is here to help. You can contact us for personalized recommendations based on your experience level and the conditions at your chosen destination.

Booking & Payment

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation through your Quiver Go account up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Please refer to our cancellation policy for specific details.

What do I need to bring when picking up the board?

Simply bring your confirmation email and a valid ID. The rental location will have your board ready for you on the selected date.

What happens if I’m late returning the board?

If you’re running late, please contact the rental location as soon as possible. Late returns may incur additional charges depending on the rental agreement.

Board Pickup & Return

How do I return the board?

Return the board to the same location where you picked it up. We ask that you return the board in the same condition it was given to you. Please make sure to clean off any sand or debris before returning it.

What if the board gets damaged during my rental?

We understand that accidents happen. If the board is damaged, please notify the rental location immediately. You may be responsible for repair costs, depending on the extent of the damage and our terms of service.

What if I can’t return the board on time?
